What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number and delivery address, plus an email address if you choose to give one. We also keep a record of what you ordered, the amount, and any order notes you leave for us.
How we use it
To pack and deliver your order, to contact you about it if we need to, and to keep the business records we are required to keep. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.
Payments
We do not take card details on this website, and no card details are stored here. You either pay cash to the courier when your order arrives, or you send an advance payment by Easypaisa or bank transfer and enter the transaction ID at checkout.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your cart working while you shop and to remember your preferences. Blocking cookies will stop the cart from working.
Who else sees your information
The courier who delivers your order sees your name, address and phone number, because that is how the parcel reaches you. Our hosting and email providers store the site and its messages on our behalf. Nobody else receives your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep the order record.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or message 0300 545 7200 and we will deal with it personally.
How we protect it
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to orders is limited to the people who pack and dispatch them.
Children
This shop is meant to be used by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
