Is there any added sugar in your products?
No. Nothing we make contains refined sugar. Sweetness comes from natural honey, and we use no artificial flavours. That is why we say no added sugar rather than sugar free. Honey is a sugar, and claiming otherwise would not be honest.
What does delivery cost, and where do you deliver?
Delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan. There is no minimum order and no delivery charge added at checkout.
How do I pay?
Two ways. Pay cash when your order is delivered, or pay in advance by Easypaisa or bank transfer. If you pay in advance you enter the transaction ID at checkout and we dispatch once it is confirmed.
How do I place an order?
Pick your size, add it to the cart, and check out with your name, phone number and delivery address. Your order is confirmed on screen with an order number, and we email you a copy.
What exactly is in the cookies and the panjiri?
Every ingredient is listed in full, in both English and Urdu, on each product page. The cookies are built on almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts and seeds. The panjiri adds whole wheat flour, pure desi ghee, gond and cardamom.
Can I follow up on an order I have placed?
Yes. Every order gets an order number, shown on screen after checkout and included in your confirmation email. Quote that number and we can pull up your order straight away.
